The 2021 Golden Globe Awards managed to pull off a bicoastal, part-virtual ceremony. And the stars managed to bring glamour back in a big way. Whether they were walking the red carpet or dressing up from home or the occasional hotel room.
Cynthia Erivo lit up the red carpet in a neon Valentino haute couture creation. Margot Robbie’s ruffled cold-shoulder Chanel dress really made an impression. Gal Gadot’s high-low ivory dress was also a high note. Meanwhile, Salma Hayek turned heads in a striking Alexander McQueen gown.
Off the red carpet, both Regina King and Nicole Kidman stunned in Louis Vuitton. Elle Fanning looked like a Greek goddess in Gucci. Anya Taylor-Joy took the plunge in Christian Dior haute couture. Lily Collins’ one-shoulder Saint Laurent number was another standout. And Andra Day accepted her award in style thanks to Chanel.
