Silo is heading to London

Zero Waste restaurant Silo, which was shortlisted for the World Restaurant Awards 2019, is heading to London.

Silo the offers it to residential and commercial neigbours so that the local community shares the benefits of waste reduction.

Worth knowing: Douglas McMaster will also run workshops and talks on sustainability in hospitality.
